Stayed for 2 weeks. Fantastic staff and a great location. Everything is a close walk away. Rooms are cozy and come with a great view!
Stayed here when there was a special promo on rooms ($30) during July (yes it was very hot). There was only three people staying here which allowed me to have the pool to myself. There is a great view from the hotel overlooking PV. With the great view is a long stair climb back to the hotel (unless you cab it). Also, no AC was no bueno trying to sleep during the hot months. To compensate, there are fans. You can also hear the music till 4am each night. The staff was great though. Would I come back? Yes, if they install AC.
The staff especially the receptionists have always helped me with my small requests whether its printing or getting a light bulb replaced. And they speak very good English. Sabino the manager has been very helpful too.
Great place 5 min walk to the beach and promenade. You want 100% Mexican you got it here. Absolutely great views of the bay. Enjoy your stay here like we did. Not for the faint of heart. If you are not physically fit this might not be for you.

This place was very clean, had great views, excellent employees and a nice swimming pool Also had a very good restaurant on the top floor called Panorama. Very good food. Amazing views of the ocean and the city. It is located very high up into the hill, so if you can't do stairs, this may not be the place for you. Unless you want to take a taxi all the time, which we don't. We felt very safe in this neighborhood and walked at night with no problems. Not much later than 9:30-10:00 tho, so don't know about later. Highly recommended. Would stay here again.
Perfect location.....well it is on a steep hill but the stairs up are easy and provides Great views. Just a couple blocks from the middle of the melarcon. No AC but not needed in when I visited in Feb. Cleaning service was great. The room we stayed in had 2 large bedrooms/bath with kitchen and living room. And ocean view
